I stand by what I said last year he would of went late in the  2nd rd of the 2012 draft and he will go top 20 in the 2013 darft . I just can't believe this school resides in the media capital , the basketball Mecca and this young man doesn't get more publicity, the hipsters are killing the old NYC!. He will be POY candidate as well mark my word!
Attack basketball, pressure defense, 40 minutes of hell ... Early on it might be 30 minutes of hell, then 10 minutes of what the hell are you doing?"

Care to make a friendly wager on that very aggressive prediction..

I think Harrison will be a very good to great college player, could put up 18 - 20ppg this year, but his game doesn't translate to being a 1st Round draft pick right now, not even close. He has no position in the NBA and is an average defender at best. He would not be able to do the things he currently does offensively in the NBA.

I agree. Great college player. Not an NBA player in any capacity. Those that think playing the point will get him in the league have not watched a lot of NBA. Harrison is a scorer, but he uses his head, and physically, he's not athletic enough or quick enough to run the point in the league.

Pointer and Garrett have a better shot just based on their physical ability. They are not savy like Harrison, but they are more gifted physically, and that's what the NBA looks for.

He has a position in the NBA if he's a PG, which TGAPL says he is.

I predict Harrison leaves after 4 years as the school's all time scorer and by his senior year he will be an all american. I do not think his game translates to the next level. Hardy and Hatten were way more athletic 2's playing the one and neither sniffed the pros.

You are comparing Hardy and and Hatten to DLO as a FR. I think he makes the NBA but not this year.

Harrison will get better and stronger. Unfortunately he will not grow, become faster, quicker or all of a sudden be able to jump in the next three years. Hey I hope the kid proves me wrong. In my opinion his skill set plus size plus lack of athleticism just does lend itself to playing in the NBA IN MY OPINION.

You know it is possible to root for a player or a team w/o being blind to their deficiencies! I realize "fan" is short for fanatical but common sense is good too.

Hatten was way more athletic than both of them. DLo reminds me more of Gmac than any other player.

Dead serious, what part of hardys game would you be referring too that would give him the edge? Or better yet what does hardy possess that D'LO doesn't?

Mac was more a pure point guard but this is a great comparison. You also get extra points for comparing a black player with a white player. No one ever does that.

Good grief! Hardy jumped extremely high on his jumper could dunk and was the primary ball handler.
