Pastner was always an animal on the recruiting trail at Arizona.  That is why someone who can recruit anywhere like Calipari still felt a need to have someone as good as Pastner on his staff.

How is he as a bench coach? I haven't watched much Memphis bball. He has the talent on the roster but they haven't made it far under him.
