I think we pull this one out IF Lavin lets Branch get in the flow of the game. Can't be taking him out all the time.

Always good to have only one three point shooter in the rotation in this day. But hey what the heck does the rest of the basketball world know....

Yup Marco needs a heavy roll in the rotation.

I agree, that second half of basketball was Brian Mahoney-esque, but Branch was out of control, and looked really nervous. IDK if that was the problem that resulted in us losing. The remaining players, Greene and Harrison, should be further along than they are now. Greene is too timid unless he's trying to create just for himself, and with DLo, all he does is dribble around the court until he shoots the ball.

Has Dom given any opposing player fits yet?    I'm not saying he's not a good defender, but his defensive prowess is more myth and reputation than reality so far.

+1
1. Big Foot
2. Lock Ness monster
3. Amityville Horror House
4. Dom Pointer defensive stopper
5. Blair Witch
Now be prepared to face the lightening bolts from the Sir Dom minions.
Why is #2 on this list?  :o ??? :)

I wasn't on these boards much 3 and 4 years ago,  how hard did we recruit Pinkston?   Did Norm have a shot at him?
I'm guessing by the time Lavin came on board he had already signed a LOI?

I spoke to  the bishop lough in coach before he signed, he made it seem that norm was a good guy and he was trying but he also admitted that pinks ton never really considered st.John s.

and Harrison, should be further along than they are now.

Further along than the all-time leading freshman scorer and three-point single season record holder last year,  and pre-season all Big east 2nd team and 2nd leading scorer in the entire conference this year?

Tough crowd.   ???

I meant further along as a point guard. We know he can score, but this team needs him to know when not to.

Phil has played most of the point until now and now the Aggie's gonna play it.  How's he gonna get further along as a point?  He's scoring at a historic level, shooting amazing from the line and leading the league in drawing charges.  Just be thankful we have him and leave it at that.
