It cannot be a letdown like the Rutgers game.  Period.  They can get to .500 in the Big East here, and perhaps with a little luck along the way they can cover up some of their really bad losses.

I think Depaul is going to be tough.  Melvin and Young both averaging 17 ppg and are both very good.  We're not going to win a shoot out with this team.  Hopefully, our defense holds them under 70 points.  Not sure if man D works as well with this team, especially the way Melvin can explode to the basket.

One guy can't guard Mel if he gets ball 12 feet from hoop. Make him pass it and take a chance with the 3 ball. Do we use CO to swat him, or have him stay on his man. I'd rather double with a guard.

IMO this is their last chance to salvage the season. Either they come out hungry and playing like they're capable, or that's all she wrote.

I think Dom can guard Melvin.  He's got the size, speed to hang with Melvin, but Melvin is excellent and will still get his.  I think some matchup zone in this game is appropriate.  Need to win.

I want Amir to guard Melvin, but I bet we come out in the zone for this game.  I expect a good shooting game for dlo and wouldnt be surprised if C Jones got more than 10 minutes of play and I hope he does. DePaul is plenty talented enough to beat us, Melvin and Young might be the 2nd and 3rd most talented players on the court.
*wipes ketchup from his eyes* - I guess Heinz sight isn’t 20/20.

If this game is going to be played at this tempo were going to need to sub efficiently.
Keep guys fresh down the stretch when hopefully DePaul will be struggling.

Probably means good pt for Felix and Jones.

Announcer says fast pace is an edge for DePaul.  I know I root for the other team, but I don't agree.

Greene looks like he has no confidence from deep.

We need to finish layups and stop allowing these easy transition layups.
