Seton Hall pre-game predictions.

Feel pretty confident in a St. Johns win at the Garden.

When we do win, we match last year's win total - with up to 21 games still remaining to be played.

St. John's needs to force the pace in a big way in this game. If we use a ton of ball pressure and keep up a fast pace we will win easy. SHU is turn over prone and if they are not hitting 3s they will struggle offensively.

SHU is going to have a very very difficult time defending our guards but we have to give a strong defensive effort. SHU is back to pretty much back to full strength and they are one of the best shooting teams in the league and Teague is going to give us all we can handle in the post.

I think we win a sloppy game...  64- 58.

Also - I hope the guys from last year rememeber the embarrassing loss that SHU handed us last year the Rock.

Would rather sit in empty garden. At least it will be comfortable. If we cover the 3 and make shots we are supposed to make we win by 10 plus

Id like to see the man to man approach we did against ND.

Phil  gets back in to double figures.

79-72 good guys.

Um, we don't score 80 and we do not run. We also don't hit threes and evidently Chris Dudley is our free throw coach
Tough to take people seriously that are predicting 80 points and saying things like "running".
62-59  Saint John's running Red Storm

While we only scored 2 fast break points last game, the assertion that we don't run is preposterous. And I wouldn't put us past scoring 80 next game. They don't play D like Rutgers does.

I know for a fact we scored more than 2 fast break points, without looking back I remember a Dom dunk, and a Branch reverse lay in.

I don't think 80 is outlandish.  We have done it, and scored at least 70 8-9 times this season.  Not saying we will, but to dismiss the possibility is kinda silly.

 STJ -79   ;)

 SHU- 65

We average 68 a game and have scored at least 70 in 8 games this season.  All I'm saying.

This info is very easy to look up.
