Up by 2 and we usually play Breyer in the 2nd half. I'm optimistic.

Our two best players have carried us with Samson and Harrison, playing well.  If we can get one or two guys to step up in second half we can win this.  Second half would love to see a full court press to start and get them to fatigued and see if we can create some transition baskets

It would be nice to be up more, but cant complain having the lead at halftime on the road. Turn it up in the second half and lets win this thing!

I can only see stat line but both teams terrible from the field..   37 & 36% from the field...

Nice to be up, but squandered early opportunity to get nice lead. Don't expect them to have a lousy start to begin second half. Hopefully Sanchez gets untracked and stops taking threes, Jordan gets major time & Gift & Felix don't.

Sanchez gets in foul trouble every game, needs to be better than that. Also he needs to shoot and not pass to Gift.

Really? He is an offensive liability, as per those two shots, and is too undersized to defend decent bigs. Should not play more than 5 minutes a game IMO.

My apologies for site going down. I'm furious at my hosting company for all the down time this year.

I watched the game on tape was it mentioned why Rysheed didnt start?
If there was no reason then I put this lose squarely on lavin. We had an opportunity to go up 15+ points at the start of the game and lavin ran out a lineup with Obekpa, Dom, and Felix out there at the same time!! That can NEVER happen. Total missed opportunity to open the game up big time. Then in the second half it takes him 5 minutes to put Rysheed back in the game while our guys play pitch and catch with each other as we fall behind by 7 points and never again get back in the game.

Plain and simple, the reason Lavins teams take so long to get going is because he tries to be to cute with lineup changes and rotations. He started a new lineup for the Bigeast opener. Unacceptable. Freaking branch has 3 assits in 5 minutes and phil, dom, and gift have more minutes than he does while felix played the same. Unacceptable.

I dont hate Lavin, im glad he is the head of our program but he needs to give up this every game is a new canvas shit and stick to a solid rotation. Thats what worked his first year, and thats what will work this year.
