It really is amazing we kept waiting so that we could have depth and quality players so that he can play walkons and our 13th man in big games.

In his last stint as Yankee manager Billy Martin started doing crazy things to either annoy George or get fired. He sent lefty Mike Pagliurillo in to bat right handed and some other equally crazy things. Lavin is starting to remind me of that.

At least Billy was drunk.  What's Lavin's excuse?  John Wooden did something similar in 1965?

Is Lavin trying to tell us that his starters are his hardest workers will start?

Maybe he is trying to pull a Costanza? He might coach the next game in Louie's 1985 sweater eating hot wings on the bench?

Not for nothing, but that Sanchez pick and pop play is why Branch needs to play.
Jordan can't run the offense yet.  He's a slasher at this point.

@StJohnsBBall: Not for discipline. And we always do. “@yelbeeez: #sjubb if this is for disciplinary purposes, I wish you guys would let us know.”

Must be for strategic reasons, Ugh! We deserve better!

seems like he has lost control of the team if you can't motivate players to work hard.

Need a guy like McKillop in here.

Georgetown is better than us but I would have liked us to play our best players so we see how far away we are. At least you could have gotten a fair idea od where we are.
