Seton Hall Predictions
« on: February 11, 2014, 11:48:45 AM »
Thought I'd get the ball rolling here. Every game for us has been the biggest game of the year of late, this game is no different. If we play our game and continue to play great defense we will win going away I believe. We can't have a let down because this Seton Hall team as we saw in the first game competes very well and will play us for 40 minutes. Rysheed and Dlo will take over this game and bring us to .500 in the league and a step closer to taking us off the bubble and into the field for NCAAs.

Don't worry.  Seton Hall's inconsistency is in line for us.  They've played one good game, one bad game for about a month or so.  They're due for the good one versus Marquette tonight, and then play a stinker Thursday night.

Think I'm joking? Check it out - W, L, W, L, W, L...  (tongue firmly planted in cheek)

Any SJU game should worry us all. So what's your pick?

worries the hell out of me too.  i have recollections of lavin's first year when we went into SH with a nice little winning streak only to get burned by Hazell.  Lavin was thrown out too.  that said, Sheed and Obekpa are playing much better than the last time we met.

This game scares me.  It's the filling of a biggest win of the year and huge Georgetown rematch sandwich.

Don't like the next one either as we are typically described as "long and athletic".  Standing on the court next to Gtown by comparison makes us look "short and dumpy"

We have seemed to have a lot of trouble at the pebble for a few years now. They spanked us in 2011 and Lavin wound up getting tossed from that game. But FDU and St. Peters have won there this year so why cant we

Legend = #33 with his smooth jumper.

JR = Harrison.  He is JR Smith right down to his tats.

Actually, if you think about it.  Needs2Go has been sort of a good luck charm.  Ever since he bombarded the board with redundancy, the Johnnies have played their best ball of the season..

Maybe his head exploding is not such a good thing?
