Should be a very small crowd at the pebble tomorrow with the horrible weather and that SHU isn't playing for anything really

Seton Hall gets up for this game.  It means a lot for them to take down the bigger name program that lives next door to them.  I hope Lavin has his team ready to battle for 40 minutes.  I'm expecting a tough game with one of their guys getting his career high.

I don't want to jinx us so I'm picking SHU to win 72 - 67 with the hope that I'm wrong.

I think its time we smack them down at their home.  Time for us to step on the gas...

I hope Seton Hall misses wide open shots like CU and we get another lucky W.

Hope this is tongue n' cheek...If not, you either didn't watch the game or are just trying to stir the pot...

Seton Hall is a lot more talented than I thought they were coming into the season.  Gibbs is a good PG and has a bright future IMO.  I knew Edwin was good.  Teague does what he does.  Oliver can score.  Even Auda is better than I thought.  Mobley, who guys that follow SH like PMG though was their best player, has been a disappointment.

I think we win if we keep up the defensive intensity and prevent the Hall from going on 3 point binges, which they can do.

Mobley has been huge disappointment, he is not a happy kid right now. I am shocked he didn't transfer after last season when McHale left for Minnesota...

We need to really pressure them and force the pace....

Is the game still definitely on.....   I plan on going but they are saying the storm is going to start up again around 7:00pm tonight, that will cause huge issues.

Still on.

@NJHoopsHaven: The snow is a break for SMU and St. John's, which will get neutral courts tonight at Rutgers and Seton Hall, respectively.

Sorry, thought people would get my little shot at needs2go who stated we only beat CU because they missed open shots.

Would think if anything it may be a disadvantage.  Our fans won't make the trip but SHU students will have nothing else to do (other than get drunk) and attend, no?

@KieranDarcy: Three weeks after being 0-5 in the Big East, St. John's can go to 6-6 tonight. What changed? Three key things: http://t.co/shpaB5ZzB5

Thanks for the reference paultzman.

Couldn't help but notice this from the article:

"The players spoke of a different mindset, brought about in part by improved practice habits and extra sprints for the losers in particular drills."

Obliquely helps to explain what we see on the court.

Jesus, without Felipe, this program can't accomplish anything.
