What's up with Rysheed Jordan?

Well I would say starting Jordan would st a bad example, that he caves to his players. But then Obepka was never punished for refusing to enter a game and Pointer gets away with his hockey goon act, so if starting Jordan puts an end to the drama, sign me up for that. I just hope Jordan doesn't eye roll Lavin becuase then all bets would be off

I was not expecting a transfer, I was just expecting him to declare pro no matter what after the season.

Yeah, same here.  Atleast we'd have the rest of this season, to watch.
If he transfers, then Branch would have to step it up more. The only other guy that I believe we could get something out of would be Stewart.
Finally, if Jordan transfers, does that mean Henderson gets on the court this year.
Hopefully RJ (if the transfer rumor is true) gets his head out of his ass and stays. You want to start and play more minutes? Well you regressed since last year in my opinion (those two travels vs. Cuse, which in one I was yelling to pass.)

Stop trying to impress the nba scouts, and play to strenghts. You turning it over will not impress them.

I don't know about anything recently, or any one thing in particular.  But I';ve heard for awhile that Jordan is a headache for the coaches.  That's not exactly news
Also, he was contemplating leaving at this time last year.   Which is why it doesn't surprise me that he would be considering it again.

He's in a perfect spot right here to showcase his talents to the Nba.

- He's averaging 31 minutes per game in an offense that's perfectly geared for him to get out on the break and run.
- His minutes will increase as we get into conference play.
- He's, g*d forbid, one guard injury away from 35+ a night
- He's going to get his starting job back. 
- With the Knicks dropping like a steel balloon,  we're about to garner more media attention than we've had in ages in the world's media capital
- We just might be playing on the nations biggest stage come March.
- We're a two hour drive from Philly.
- We have two games against Villanova.
- He'ld be dogging his short rostered teammates big-time by leaving.

He would have to be certifiably insane to leave here mid-stream.

Other than Bluto no one seemed happy with the possibility. Blame the guy who tweeted it. If someone would have tweeted Okafer is transfering to SJU from Duke, the board would be talking happily about that.

No they wouldn't...they'd be attacking Coach Lavin for recruiting a guy who was only going to be here a short time.
