Jordan needs to get to the rim on the final play, even if it means going threw Garrett.  The refs were calling every little foul all game. 

That being said, can't blame CO for not kicking to Greene.  It wasn't a bad shot just bad execution. 

We were out rebounded 43-30.  Amir had 5 in 16 minutes compared to Dom's 1 reb (29 minutes) and CO's 3 rebounds (in 35 minutes)  Rebounding needs to be addressed immediately!!!

Yes, because the necessary pass was not made. Which was my point. The play worked, we had our best 3pt specialist wide open for 3. The obvious pass as simply not made.

There is a difference between the play that was called and the execution of the play. I thought Jordan should have went strong to the rim. He had a step on Garret and the weak side defense was late rotating. Jordan slowed up at the last second and let Garret recover, if he just kept going he had a lay up. Or he could have just risen up like his name sake for the 10 footer. Either way that last shot was Jordan's to take, he didn't, that's not on Lavin. So many of these kids are so afraid to shoot. Harrison being hurt was difficult to  recover from. He had no lift on his shot.

Part of the play is that you put the ball in the hands of the guy that will execute the play the best is it not? Anybody can diagram a play to get a shooter open, if you have a PG that can't get him the ball then it's a bad play

Strained Calf.  I believe they said it happened yesterday at practice. 

Didn't notice it much in the first half, but 2nd half he was short on everything and just didn't have much lift on his jump shot.

Play call was fine. Jordan shoukd have shot it. This team was so fun to watch less then a month ago . Worked yesterday and watched it after. Wish I would have stayed at work.

With Dlo being hurt, putting the ball i n Rysheed's hands was the right call.  Sheed should have gone right at Garrett instead of allowing him to change his course to the basket.  He would have either made the shot or gotten a foul call with a possible and1  If we tid and went toDouble OT with Garrett on the bench we would have probably won the game.

Im a guy who is still a big fan of rysheed, but will admit there are some things he does that have become a problem, perhaps consistent problem on the court.  One thing that he has never been good at is getting a shot up quickly to the hoop. Ball is always in his hands way to long and even though he has great athleticism he hurts himself by taking his time.

Please learn to read. The OP said that "the play worked." Whereas it obviously didn't work, because it failed. If it had worked, it would have succeeded. I expressed no opinion about how the play was "designed." Nor would I, because our coach does not design plays.
