Marquette Game

At least we're going in with a win against Duke.

Win is a win but that was ugly. Dom and Jordan players of game, but Branch turned game around.

Great to get a W.  I hate how we let teams that are less athletic get nonsense offensive boards.  Need to get Harrison right.  He was playing on a different level until the past 2 games.  I have to think the injury is bothering him.  Hopefully he gets right by Sunday.

Wojo has that team dangerous with minimal talent

I think Marquette has talent.  Carlino is a good veteran college player.  Fisher was a top 30 recruit.  Wilson, Johnson, Taylor, etc, were all top 30-70 guys in their respective classes.  With the recruiting class Marquette has coming in though, I think Wojo will have them very good sooner than later.

I think Marquette has talent.  Carlino is a good veteran college player.  Fisher was a top 30 recruit.  Wilson, Johnson, Taylor, etc, were all top 30-70 guys in their respective classes.  With the recruiting class Marquette has coming in though, I think Wojo will have them very good sooner than later.

Lavin was saying that this is his 3rd school and he is a 5th year guy.

Much needed win. Hopefully Harrison returns to form soon. Jordan looked good. Pointer is everything you want in a role player. It's a shame he never developed an outside shot or he would be unstoppable.

Dom player of the game with Sheed second.  Thought Branch did some nice things.  Obekpa with 10 boards.  But allowing Marquette to get 22 freaking offensive rebounds is awful.

Why did Branch only get 13 minutes? The only time we got easy baskets against the zone was when he was in the game. He is our best point guard.
