Depaul2 - Player of the Game

No brainer.  3'lo was amazing.

But Phil is flat out ballin!  Even I didn't imagine that he could play this well this consistently.  The way that he's elevated his game in conference play has been a joy to behold.

D'lo.  Agree, no brainer.

I don't think any of these are a no brainer. They all played really well, and if any of them didn't, we might have lost. Gotta say though, Amar is contributing. He's getting in there for rebounds, and he's making smart plays as well as hustle plays.

The upshot of Obekpa ejected/suspended/injured the last 2.5 games is that Lavin may have stumbled upon a clear 8 man rotation, with Amar and Balamou now clearly capable of playing key supporting roles.  I think Amar is definitely capable of giving 12-15 solid mpg to spell CO and/or Dom.

dlo gets it for this game, but dom has been unbelievable since the rough patch. hell, even in those games, it seemed like he was the only guy who wasn't hurt who wanted it.

Brandon Tierney posted on twitter the other day about Dom  being a NBA player.

Without going too into detail...IMO Dom has the instincts, size and athleticism of an elite NBA wing. He's been terrific in just about every aspect of the game other than his handle and jump shot.

It's just sad he never developed that jump shot. I think teams would love to have them in their NBDL teams in case he ever improves his jumper.

Not that it is a big deal, but I believe that that is the first game where I ever saw Harrison dunk.  Am I wrong?  I didn't think he had it in him.

He dunks pregame all the time so I knew he had hops.

Also Sir Dom could be a better version of Tony Allen in the league. Sir Dom at least has a mid range jumper.

His jumper is massively improved. He occasionally gets gun shy. I can he can develop a three pointer, but an nba team will be smart enough to see that you don't need all 5 guys to be three point shooters to win. It's an overrated skill if it dwarfs everything else. Will Dom, he brings the everything else.

I love Dom. He is listed at 6'5 193. His shot and handle are much improved. Still I think he will make a comfortable living in Italy or Spain.

Also, he plays 100% all the time. That's not something the nba values.

There is absolutely no chance on Earth that Dom is 193 lbs.
