Kid from Georgetown has to be there smith Rivera . I hope Dom makes it. He is not there yet. For us to get two we need to finish 2nd or 3rd . Still possible.

Pointer's Big East rankings:

11th in PPG (13.0)
4th in RPG (7.4)
12th in APG (3.0)
3rd in SPG (2.0)
3rd in BPG (2.5)
6th in FG% (.536)

I definitely am biased towards him, but he's been incredible all-around.

Wow.  That's kind of ridiculous to be that high in so many different stats.  Hard to argue against 1st team with those numbers...

It's even more impressive when you see his BE only stats.
*wipes ketchup from his eyes* - I guess Heinz sight isn’t 20/20.

Agree with your first statement. Not sure about your second.

If they look at just scoring Dom will be left off.  If they take into consideration all the numbers and we can finish top 3 or 4 in BE Pointer will make it.

Here is his numbers compared to Dunham.  Not taking anything away from Dunham, he does what Butler needs him to do, but Dom's numbers are impossible to ignore.

Dunham: 16.8ppg / 2.8rb / 0.9ast / 0.6st / 0bl.

Pointer: 13.0ppg / 7.4rb / 3.0ast / 2.0st / 2.5blk

I hate to say it, but I think Chris Dunn has the most NBA potential out of any Big East player.  He hasn't even come close to reaching his potential.

I'm so glad Pointer has finally started to really grow as a player.  I always thought he was on the edge of maybe playing in the NBA, but I can't imagine him not getting drafted now.  Just imagine if someone could help him with his jump shot?  That's really the only weakness to his game.  That and he can get a little careless with his dribble at times.

Could very well be the 6th guy in because of his all around play.  Only problem, tough to pick 2 guys from a 500 team

Ponter as an NBA guy reminds me of Dean Meminger, another guy with great talent (better than pointer) but who could not shoot
