One of the most improved St.John's players I've ever seen. Maybe the most. He was an animal today. Three 1,000 point scorers on the same team is incredibly unusual at St.John's.

Maybe he was that good. It was a long time ago. Don't remember Artest being this as dominant as Dom was today.

He was that dominant. Pointer needs to lead us to wins over ranked teams to be in that category.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but Dom also exploded during  his last AAU summer and senior year of high school. Much more than any recruit in that class.  Great to see him reaching his potential!

I can't believe it, but he really is making a great case for player of the year.  I think he is going to win most improved and defensive player pretty easy which will almost hurt for player of the year. 

Still such an outstanding season and really am excited to see more.  Call me crazy, but I actually want him to get more confidence with those threes and fire away.  His stroke is not that bad and I can see him hitting a few to make his drives even that much harder to guard.

Playing terrific.  But Hilliard or Dunn should get Big East player of the year IMO.  Providence has a better record than us and, besides Henton, Dunn hasn't really had that much help.  And Hilliard gets points for being the best player on, by far, the best team.

I do think Dom may get first team all big east right now.  What's funny is that I still think Harrison is our best player.  But his injuries have hampered his performance to an extent, and Dom has really stepped up.

Got his 1000th tonight.  No brainer 1st team all big east, possible Big east player of the year.

Dunn's stats are insane.

Defensive players of the year possibly? First team all big east no doubt. Love this guy much, his turn around has been epic. Really awesome to see someone improve and find their game.

Offensively, Dom is the better player per possession.  Kris Dunn has a 104.1 ORtg, Dom was at 114.4 (kenpom).  I haven't seen enough of Dunn to know, but it's hard to imagine he'd be a better defensive player.  Also, I'm a St. John's fan, so I'll take Dom

Dom has been our best player in BE play, and I don't know that it's that close.  Now if D'lo had stayed healthy, obviously things would be different.  But he didn't, and they're not.  He even said he's basically playing on one leg (according to the announcers last night).  That leaves Dom as the best player we have.

Yes, Dom has been great in BE play.  Specially lately.  But 3'lo was pre-season first team, the ever rare 2000 point scorer, 3rd scorer all-time and if you compare their numbers on the season, Harrison still looks good. The coaches will see Mullin...Sealy...Harrison and act accordingly.  I would be surprised if Dom's leap frogged him to take his spot on the 1st team and/or to be P of the Y.

Same thing happened with Greene.  The Espn numbers are not the same as SJ is using.
