Can't see Briscoe coming.  I mean, Calipari would have to leave, which I don't see.

If Cal wins national championship and is 40-0 do you see him going back to KY or does he get a fantastic NBA deal?

Lakers will have a high draft pick and money to spend.  Not sure if he'd be OK unless they gave him decision making power like Doc has with the Clippers, and doubt the Buss family does that/gets rid of Kupchak.  But ya never know.

The Nets could give it all to him...but they dont even have their picks in 2016 and 2018 so that seems like a terrible idea.

Bulls and D-Rose and then woo Anthony Davis home to Chicago eventually?

Is an NbA team going to give Cal - a huge contract ( probably) , full personnel control ( maybe), piece of ownership ( which I heard he would want from a guy that covers the team).  I think that last part is the deal breaker.

Cal is at such a different level now than he was when he last coached in the NBA. I think this will be the end of the road for him at KY if he wins the National Championship.

No way he ever gets a piece of ownership, at least not for a premium team, maybe someone like Memphis or so, but the valuations of these franchises today or just too great for that to happen.  Plus, success at the collegiate level doesn't necessarily translates to the NBA.

I bet a team like the Nets think Cal can 'recruit' superstars (See: Lebron/Durant/Davis/etc.) to Brooklyn when the CBA Salary cap is raised significantly in the next couple of years and these guys' contracts are up...

Cal will get 0.0001% of the Lakers, that'll do it - lol

Seems like CO and Jordan have moved into the probable back category.......the dominoes are falling our way....too late for Coach Lavin.....now we need Sampson and Diallo.....would be great if we found another point guard too.

Goes back to discussion with hnk and others right when Mullin fully emerged.  A lot that we hoped would happen is happening. And it's not stopping.  ;D

With all the dominoes falling our way, Briscoe might be wondering if he made the wrong decision.
