To me that shows how little these coaches actually look at stats and consider thinking outside the box after BE media day.   Just not right that Sir'Dom is not on the first team. 

Love D'lo but he just wasn't a first team performer for the second half of the year. A lot of it was due to the injuries but he would be more fitting on the second team. Dom being on the second team is ridiculous. It is what it is at this point but whoever didn't vote him on the first team hasn't been watching basketball the last 3 months. Phil and Rysheed also had good years but theres a lot of good players, thought they had a shot for honorable mention.

Agree on Dom but maybe they do look at stats but stop after points scored. 7 players on first team, funny I thought a basketball team consisted of 5 unless there was a tie vote.

Wow Dom better show out in the Big East tournament that was BS. I thought he could of been player of the year this is crazy! How could coaches I mean coaches not see the value of his play in the Big East on both ends.  There is some hate here!

Rysheed got honorable mention, I think they missed not getting Phil on honorable mention as well.

Absolutely mind boggling to me.  Sir'Dom not being on the 1st team is a total insult to him.

Guy has been fantastic all season long.

Pointer got jobbed. He was more worthy of First team than Harrison was. Also, Phil Greene deserves some kind of recognition, that's just not right.

Congrats to Dom....but he shouldnt have to share this award!  more motivation...

Dunn plays good defense and gets a lot of steals but I agree this should be Doms award. I don't think anyone else is at the top of the conference in steals and also blocks as well as being a very good defensive rebounder. Dom also has guarded all 5 positions on the court at 6'6. I'm glad he got the split tho and didn't get screwed over again.
