Root hard for Nova, Desco. Prov fans are insufferable.

They seem to have a "Napoleon" complex.

That's my plan.   Although I'd like to see Georgetown win it all now.
Don't like Arch.   And Nova fans are even preppier than Georgetown fans lately.

By the way, anybody on here who is going to the games tomorrow night should swing by the Thirsty Fan before hand.   Have a beer w/ me, we can commiserate.

Gotta root for Nova now. Be nice for them to keep the 1 seed and the BE to get that publicity.  If not Nova, I say Butler.  Never allowed to root for GTOWN, PC bad taste in mouth, and I prefer Xavier definitively behind us even if we are a lock.

I didnt realize Lunardi had us up to a 7 on last bracket.  Probably 8/9 MJD, you are right.

Jerry Palm has us at 6.

It really sucks but I'm already over it and I hope the guys are too.

Providence fans are the worst btw, from all visiting fans I've had to deal with at the Garden this year they were by far the worst.

I know I'm known as a negative person on here, but if you are already "over it" then there's something wrong with you Harkless.
This one has to hurt for at least a few hours for any true SJu fan.  And I don't doubt that you're a die hard.

I'm over the game, but not particularly over the beatdown, per se'.  Otherwise, I'll go on about my evening.

Now, next week may be a different tale.  Regardless, these games doesn't stress me like they use to years ago.

Season ticket holder bro went to every home game this year (INCLUDING TWO FREAKING PRESEASON GAMES) Been a fan since 1998.

What do you want from me? Game is over, they never had a chance. They will play in the NCAA next week.  But because I didn't say FIRE LAVIN I'm not a die hard.

No fool.   Did you read what I said?  I have no doubt that you're a die hard!
Which is why I gotta think this loss stings a little more than you're leading on.

I'm still in the office, so that's not exactly a perfect setting to unwind.
By 7, when I go home and grab a beer, then I'll be ready to turn the page.   But lets not kid ourselves, the manner in which we loss it was will linger.
Losing in the conference tourny always stinks, but it'd be easier to swallow if we had shown up.

Sorry, I saw you said there was something wrong with me and I got heated.

I spend a ton of money on tickets every year. This one just didn't bother me like last years to Providence or the Robert Morris loss or 2011 QF loss to Syracuse (where we lost DJ).

All things considered they should have everyone for next week. That's all that really matters. Did I have dreams they would cut down the nets at the Garden of course. But this one just didn't hit as hard. It wasn't a close game, other than Jordan no one got injured further and Jordan should be fine no?

I'm really just worried about our seed and next week.

@CBarcaSTJ: Lavin says SJU is one of the poorest transition teams he's ever coached: "We really struggle in transition to convert." #SJUBB

@NYPost_Brazille: To summarize, Steve Lavin says he's a bad conference tournament coach and Rysheed Jordan didn't start because of practice. #sjubb

Desco you are talking to a crowd that thinks it is good news when they hear the doctor give the news that the surgery was a success but the patient died.

I'm pretty surprised no one has commented on my new avatar.  I was hoping the switch back would distract people from the loss.

Is it Baldi's sister?    My wife maybe?    Marillac's mom?

Or, is it a random pro that Fun hired for a weekend and then buried in the dunes by Gilgo?

It's all part of Lavin's master plan - keeps the first round opponent on their toes as to whether to take us lightly or not!

Celtics - who is this crowd you are referring to?  Harkless, Dinkins ?  I'm curious.

Very disappointing Day today for any Fan, Alum, friend who have seen what St. John's was at one time in College basketball. I thought PC was going to be a hard fought contest, going down to the wire.. Wasn't to be and the wheels have come off in the last 2 games..

Some fans are looking to the NCAA'S as redemption .. Regretfully , I don't see it happening.  I can't figure out this soap opera of a team. They had nothing today, barely competed.. Why?

I have to admit I wanted to like this group of players but, over their careers here, they just never delivered that 1 big win.

looking back, I have to say, I liked the Hardy, Kennedy, Burrell, Horne,Evans,Brownlee team a bit more. They fought hard their Senior year to win big games, when little was expected of them..   I hoped for a victory today, many of us wanted one. Tough to fathom the effort or performance.Sad. I am bummed.
