Lavin polls

I've seen 3  polls in last 24 hours on whether to keep Coach Lavin.  All three are running around 60% in favor of keeping him (Johnny Jungle, redmen.com, SI Advance.)

One way or the other school should act quickly.

I just saw a couple of analysts speculating that Miller will most likely go next season to Indiana, Washington or some other power 5 team. I thought Indiana would bite the bullet and get him now if they're going to move Crean. Maybe they'll give him one more year to try and take a step forward. They're like SJ's without any bigs - lol

If Indiana fires Crean to get Miller, any chance we can convince Crean to come here or is he a midwest only guy through and through?

Crean is a poor in game coach who recruited well early on at Indiana but has fallen short recently. IU fans also not happy with off the court issues that left them short handed and a little embarrassed. Sound familiar?

Ha, yep.  Only difference is Crean got it done at a school much like ours and made 5 NCAAs and 3 NITs in 9 years with Marquette, including a Final Four.  He has a coaching tree which includes Buzz Williams and 3 other current D-1 coaches.  He's like Lavin on HGH.  I'd sign up for that immediately.

D Wade made that FF. I think Crean is a lot like Lavin. Indiana fans say he is a terrible strategist. I'm tired of coaches who can't coach.
