The key to our team's success this year.  You could see in the SD State game, after he bruised his hip, he could not go his usual full tilt, and we had no chance of winning the game after that.

Congrats Dom!   Well deserved!  He was our MVP this year IMO, and that is not a knock on D'lo, just a testament to how good Dom was.

Congrats to Dom! Hope he signs with a young team and makes the pros like JaKarr.  He has the talent and work ethic.

I think Phil got the shaft by being on the 3rd team, and that Sheed should have been on one of those squads.  But I get they have to balance it out.

I think he has a chance to turn into a Ron Artest (not crazy) type of  player.  I bet his shot is way better than we might guess.

Wonderful news--it shows what hard work will reap.  hopefully this addition to his "resume" will help him in finding the job he wants.

PS--where's Whitehead

HOOPS HAVEN SAYS: The obsession with Iona is mystifying. Sterling Gibbs would put-up video game numbers in that system, against their schedule. No way two Iona player should have been first team over him

Also:
Sterling Gibbs made 2nd team All-Met behind 2 Iona guys. If Gibbs played in Iona's offense, vs. Iona's sked, he'd put up video-game numbers.
