Surprised that Delgado wasn't named either. Kid nearly averaged a double-double.

HOOPS HAVEN SAYS: The obsession with Iona is mystifying. Sterling Gibbs would put-up video game numbers in that system, against their schedule. No way two Iona player should have been first team over him

Also:
Sterling Gibbs made 2nd team All-Met behind 2 Iona guys. If Gibbs played in Iona's offense, vs. Iona's sked, he'd put up video-game numbers.

Agree?
*wipes ketchup from his eyes* - I guess Heinz sight isn’t 20/20.

Agree?

No. I think English and LAURY are better.

I just realized Delgado was not on the squad either.  How does he not make one of the three teams?

No doubt...but hurt or not (and he wasnt hurt all season), to not even make 3rd team metro is a comedown for  kid who fashioned himself to be a 1 and done

A lot of focus on the new staff and incoming players but I'm glad everyone is showing appreciation for Dom and all our seniors because they did a lot to establish a brand and give the program some credibility for Mullin to build off of. Wish we had all these guys for one more year.

Congrats to Dom...definitely earned it.
When you're a kid from New York and you do it in New York, that lasts forever!

True story and the video game quote is money. Gibbs would have led the nation in scoring on Iona.
Congrats to Dom.  Well deserved!

He should've thought of that before he decided to transfer to that mental institution
