Production Predictions...
« on: September 17, 2015, 11:28:29 AM »
This will be the hardest season to predict in our history.
But it doesn't mean we shouldn't try.

Sima - 3.5 ppg, 5 boards and 1 block
Williams - 9 ppg, 7 rebounds and .75 blocks (36% from 3)
Alibegovic - 7.5 ppg, 7.5 rebounds and .75 blocks
Balamou - 1.5 ppg, 2 boards and 1 steal
Jones - 2 ppg, .75 boards and .25 steals
Johnson - 15.5 ppg, 4.5 boards and 2 assists
M'Vouika - 4.5 ppg, 3.5 boards
Mussini - 1.5 ppg, 1 assist
LoVett - 7.5 ppg, 5 assists, 4 turnovers
Eillison - 8 ppg, 3 boards, 1.5 assists

Starting line up:

LoVett - PG
Ellison - SG
Johnson - SF
Williams - PF
Alibegovic - C

6th man - M'vouika/Balamou

Love these threads, they are fun and almost never correct, but fun nonetheless. Ill do mine later but poison mussini will need only 3 open looks a game to double your scoring prediction for him. He will undoubtedly get the minutes to do so as well IMO.
*wipes ketchup from his eyes* - I guess Heinz sight isn’t 20/20.

I hope all of these kids exceed my predictions. But really, they are just guesses. I'm guessing that it will take Mussini some time to get used to Big East defense.

Our season hangs in the balance of how many of our new players will exceed expectations, and how many have been rated accurately by ESPN, Yahoo etc.

Cant begin to guess, several will grow up fast and any of them could be complete busts.  Alibevoic? is the only guy that I think will be consistent.

Better hope this team is strong defensively with that little point production.

They're meeting one another for the first time right now. I doubt their defense, or their offense can come along fast enough to be competitive, and in a way, that will create opportunity for Chris Mullin. If they somehow make the NIT, or even if they come close to making it, he could look like a genius.

Most likely not however they could surprise. Sure this a mulligan year for Mullin. Anything he does above .500 is gravy.

Hopefully they grow up fast and maybe by late February they start clicking together.
Could be very dangerous around B.E. tournament time.
