Can't wait to see how Chris handles the jump from D2, to the NEC, to the America East and now to the Big10.  Big test tonight!

Be careful and safe travels to all who are going (not me  :-[).  It's nasty out there.

They look flustered out there.

On the bright side, Williams is showing some real good hustle.

Know a few people that work at St. John's. One said they walked past Williams in the hallway a little while ago and he was almost crying in hallway of CA. Doesn't sound very good but never know. Was a very akward looking injury and he has bad shoulders already i think.

I've been pretty happy with the rotations. At least conceptually the team defense is good and will get better as they get more natural and intuitive with it.

Would be fun to have a Harrison or pointer on this team though

We are playing with like 6 guys.  I'm not sure how anybody can be upset that we are hanging with a lower tier Big 10 team now without Lovett, Ellison, Williams, Yakwe, Owens etc..  This year we won't see the results everybody would love to, but we have some really nice pieces who are doing a good job as freshmen like Sima, Mussini etc.  we are still in this game, and Eddie Jordan has twice as much depth and upperclassmen on the roster.

Defense looks awful.  Balamou's hustle is just awesome.  You can't give Mussini any space around the arch or it's three points.  Amar looks terrible on defense.  He still gets too far away from his man on help.  It's got to stop.  He's not comfortable out there..every time he hears the buzzer he looks to see if he's being subbed out.

I feel good about coming back in the 2nd half if the D can get some stops.  It'd be nice to get some easy transition buckets.

Lovett, Yakwe, and Owens aren't playing any games this season, most likely,  so at least we have built in excuses already....

Can we stop biting on the drive and dish? Jesus they must have 20 pts on that tonight.  Balamou is a beast on the glass. 9 boards already holy crap.

We gotta play better defense and squeeze caroms.

This whole comeback is with Mussini on the bench because we can actually get some stops.  They might have to play 2-3 a lot more if they are going to be able to use his offense.
