we need Dom to become that slasher who converts on free throws as well. I look for his ppg to jump into double digits.

That's what I'm looking forward to the most.  I think we can all somewhat envision D'angelo scoring more, and knocking down a few more outside shots.  But I think Dom will surprise us the most as the season progresses.   I hope so anyway.  He can drive, and I think he'll look for chances to score as he becomes more accustomed to the offense.   And actually his shot isn't awful.  I can see him developing a reliable shooting stroke, ala Paris H.   Never a pure shooter, but serviceable.

On the bright side, we become a good free throw shooting team overnight by replacing Nuri's 7 ft's a game at 56% with Phil Greene and Harrison taking more.

I was looking at that.  Scary how much our %'s pick up on FT, 3's and TO's.

We are actually an above average FT shooting team without him.  5/6 of our guys shoot between 65% and 82%, with only Moe (who will clearly improve) below 71%.  Of course, Dom is still under 50%.
