This might be Izzos worst team

Too early in the season to say so.  Not to mention, that tells you how strong of a program he's had in Lansing.

Our guards continue to pass the ball to the bigs on the run. Gotta stop

With our forwards so bad on offense, going to need to work Freudenberg into more
Court time.  I know he's been a bit deer-in-headlights, but he's talented offensively and tall.  More potential moving forward.

LoVett has to hustle out there on Nairns.

The scouting report is that Nairns can't shoot and the scouting report is right. When Tum Tum brings the ball up and is standing at top of the key Lovett is standing at FT line and rightfully so. Tum Tum is not a shooter but of course he nails 3 3s tonight

I know that much.  But when he has days on end to shoot, and he's already hit two, then you get out there.  Ebbs and flows.

Agreed. Way too early to tell especially with a lot of frosh on that team.

Best in the biz, since Bo Ryan retired

My god, our frontcourt could not be playing any worse this season.

Owens, Sima, Yakwe stink on the offensive end...useless.  Yakwe needs to play for his rim protection though.   Gonna live and die by Lovett and Ponds..

Well they played MSU even for about 30 minutes tonight for whatever it's worth.

Like I said, get Das Boot more minutes.   We are going to need him moving forward.

They've been awful on defense and getting killed on the boards too.

It's worth a lot considering we were a no-win Big East team last year and play mostly freshman and Sophs.  Still more pieces in rebuild to go, but will be a fun season regardless.

Agree.  You can clearly see it.   Again, I wish we'd play some zone.

Agree but I was hoping to see some sort of improvement from Sima and Yakwe from last season and it's evident there is none

No one is coaching or teaching these kids during timeouts....wtf?  Needed to add X and O guy this season. Instead we got Mitch Richmond, why?
