This sh*t is hilarious. An OK booster just asked him if he knows how to say 'Hi'.

Sounds like he is more interested in a reality show than basketball. Probably hoping for a call from the Kardasians.

St. John's transfer Yankuba Sima has committed to Oklahoma State, per a source. #SJUBB

Good luck to the big man.

OK State has some ridiculous facilities.  I'm sure his handler was impressed.

Good luck to the kid.  Hope he does well.  Always liked him, even though I wish he wouldn't have transferred mid-year.

I agree w you. I also think it was stupid on his part. He is very raw, but has great height and potential. He should have played the whole year, got exp., then redshirt and get another year under his belt to develop. The way he trasfered he lost a year of college eligibility.

Wow, one of the first times I agree with you.  This was a "me" move by Sima and I'm guessing his "handlers" had a bit to do with it.  Hopefully he plays harder and learns the game more at his new home.  Nobody can teach passion for the game.

Kid did what he thought was best for himself. Sucks for us but not gonna blame the kid. High level college football and basektball is similar to pro sports in that it is a business and everybody only looks out for themselves. From school presidents, to ADs, to coaches, to players to managers. If Sima thought that he was only going to get 12-15 minutes per game for the rest of this season then whats the point of staying? Go somewhere else before your value drops even further and leave now so you can come back and play at this time next year.

Coaches leave programs, players and recruits high and dry all the time. There's no loyalty in this business. I can't fault a kid for making a move he thinks is in his best interest. I may question whether or not it is a good move for him, but wouldn't call him a d*ck for doing what he thought was best

We beat Syracuse so now he was supposed to stay? He wasn't getting any better here for whatever reason. Only get 1 shot at this, I would have left too

I don't wish any ill will on the kid, but don't you guys think that if he watched tape of the games he played this season he'd recognize how lost he was? There were times where he was playing defense and he wasn't even aware of where the play was taking place. It often looked like he was dogging it, but in fairness, he wasn't alone.
