And if we thought Mullin was going to ignite this fading fan base we couldn't of been more wrong. A 6:30 start while school is in session and they were lucky if 1,500 people were in attendance against Cal State Northridge. Most high schools draw better than that.

It's ugly right now but let's see if it gets any better. The defense really let us down today. They didn't get any stops and let LIU control momentum for almost the entire game. Also some coaching decisions in the closing minutes left a lot to be desired.

The good new is that maybe they found another player  that can help in Williams.

FWIW, reported attendance was 3,901 (assuming tickets "sold" (or freebies)

He played great and we're going to need his big body if we want to win a few games in the BE.

Not going to get better. Now we play real teams. We are going to play against real coaches, real athletes, and real defense.

The coaches failed today by not running enough plays to get Ponds shots without him having to create one on his own. Also, on a huge possession the play relied on Yakwe to catch a pass. That in and of itself was dumb

Who's gonna do that with out leading scorer and point guard Lovett out with injury?  Not that easy to conjure up facilitators.

Happy to know every team we've played so far is fake.

It will only get better when our defense gets better, and when we get some interior players that can play at both ends of the court.  Our offense is fine.   Best it has been in a long time.  Defense and lack of interior options is our major issue.

POS program.

Agree.  I watched football during the second half.  It's not even a big deal when I miss games.

Old dominion sucks. VCU isn't great. Minnesota isn't good. Losing to some is fine. They are decent teams. But losing to all is terrible.

So that makes matters worse. Capacity there is a little over 4 so your number would've put it close to a sell out. There was not a single person sitting in the upper levels on either side and the lower part was possibly 70% full so people that either paid for their tickets or got them for free had no interest in going.  Fan base is dwindling away

I want to live in your world for just one day man.

ODU took Louisville to overtime, teams that suck don't do that. VCU is 7-3, Minnesota is 9-1.

Yet here we are better than those teams at 5-6. What a world.

CA capacity is 5,600
