St John vs UMass - 11/24

Tough loss yesterday.  St Johns put together a really good first half then collapsed in the second half.  Not surprising as we all knew there would be growing pains this year.

UMass hung tough with VA yesterday and will provide a very tough matchup for st johns.

Im expecting a close game and hoping st johns can pull out a W and send us to Thanksgiving with a smile.

Player for player we are better at every spot. No excuses not to win this one

I just tuned in from football. Looks like fast paced sloppy play on both sides.

I don't like LJ and Heron out at the same time

Not rebounding well and missed a lot of FTs.  Mass is relying on one guy so far...  weeks for 17.  Let's see if they can adjust.

We need to find ways to get LJ the ball. We can't have Dunn leading the team in shot attempts

D has been awful the second half, too many easy Mass efforts

Champagnie is playing the best ball of his life. I'm pleasantly surprised.

Caraher really stepping up. But wow is UMass awful. I thought they were a little better than this. Can’t believe Anderson has left LJ on the bench this long and we actually wound up taking the lead during that time. Mind boggling.
