Agree on Sears. He'd be fine if he understood his role is to be big and rebound and the only time he should shoot is on uncontested dunks and layups. He and Earlington should never be allowed to take more than one dribble at a time.

LJ needs to be aggressive and take his shot if he has it even if it’s early in the shot clock.

Not a conspiracy theorist but the refs did just randomly start calling a lot of tic tac fouls late in the game.

Caraher is slow but he's smart and tough. He's not on the floor to blow by guys. He's there to set screens, pick & pop, make slip passes, and hit open shots. In crunch time I'd value a lot of these things. Especially since he has 0 fouls.
