wow that was such an ignorant statement....go to scout.com and look up alex oriakhi and jamal coombs next year for Uconn. those two single handedly won the national prep tournament this year against some of the best competetion in America, including Omari lawrence. saying freshmen cant take a team to another level is just plain ignorant...do your research...
How can two players single-handedly do anything? You single-handedly make yourself look like an idiot, but two people can't SINGLE-handedly do anything.
What did you wake up today, have courage for breakfast, and decide you were going to take on the entire basketball world?
I didn't say freshman "can't" take a team to another level. I said it is rare and it really didn't happen this past year. Sure, there were some freshman that contribute well like a Kemba Walker or Samuels, but their teams would have been great without them as well.
first off dont call me an idiot...you dont even know me and that disrespectful
Alex Oriahki and Jamal coombs along with a boy named gerard coleman did singlehandly take the title...out of 72 points scored in the champion ship game...those 3 combined for 68 of them. oriahki himself got more then half the rebounds...thats singlehandly, so dont talk about what you dont know about.
freshmen impact teams all the time, just look at devin ebanks in the big east final...its not a RARE case it happens all the time. my point was you cant do a big east overview without considering incoming freshmen...We are NOT going to "jump over 4-5 teams" because there incoming players are better then ours...all my point was is that u failed to analyze that major aspect and its true.
