The days of "clown" & "phoney" & "dbag" were fun at times....

Scotch is a good fan and loves the program, can't control himself most of the time. I wouldn't trust and recruiting info though.

The bigger issue has to do with Campus Security.   Why is Scotch ALWAYS on the SJU campus without raising any kind of alert.

was a big proponent of this here site back in the day. should not be forgotten.

I was actually a big supporter of his (always entertaining) until the end.  When I got wind of the post that finally got him banned, I understood why.  There is nothing that goes on on any internet message board that should elicit that kind of disgusting behavior from a poster.

He's on a plane so presumably leaving NY.

So Dave, Moose, and '79 haven't heard anything about Obekpa to SJU, but we have no reason to think Scotch/Old Red isn't correct about Chandler though do we?  That part of the rivals discussion is true as far as everyone knows??

FWIW, I am of the sense that Obekpa goes to Cinci. Don't have a clue about Chandler, but feel Lavin has enough irons in the fire to deliver two quality big men. I remain fairly confident about Sanchez.

I hope we land both but IMO landing Obekpa is more important for defense, and because he's a local guy, and losing another local target who is viewed as a difference maker on defense to Cinci would be embarrassing.

We need to continue to prove that we are strong in NY.

 No one knows anything for sure. We will have to wait until the signing period begins. Most signs point in that direction though. Would be a huge get.

I think Hooper would need to sit out the whole year because he's transferring.  But otherwise Im with you.  Thatd be a balanced roster that could definitely compete.

I'd add to that Morris/Hall.   Not sure if Hall will be elidigible, but Morris sounds like a solid scoring option off the bench.   And the more guys in the roster who can shoot the better ill sleep 

Buying new shoes or indicating ease with having made decision and not dependent on Noel, Shabazz, etc recruitment. Or nothing. Don't normally post kids twitters, but my recruitment fever taking over. Ha!
