I agree.  But I also think they should waive the 1 yr sitting out period.  Let kids transfer as they want.  Limit it to once though per college career.

The pouching would get crazy. In an ideal world it would be great but the game would be so dirty with no waiver transfers

Waive it for coaching changes then.  Eliminate the I have a friends mother's sister's brother's uncle who's sick.  (Not saying thats the case here).

Agree.   325 Division 1 schools would become essentially Farm Teams for the top 25....heck, if they made that rule, Duke could just get a Dahntay Jones or a Seth Curry antime they wan....oh, never mind...

They definitely should do it for coaching changes...one transfer no waiver needed if the head coach leaves.
