+1 to WASJU you took the words out of my mouth.  Fordham, you come off as if your word is the word of God.  It rubs people the wrong way.  You get annoyed that I am "telling you what to do", but you spend 1/2 of your time on this board doing the same to everyone else.  What is that saying about he who casts the first stone, etc.?

You are entitled to your opinion but don't tell me what to do.

Also why are you just targetting me?  Clearly plenty of others had issues with both what he posted and the accuracy of what he posted.  Why are you not going after them?

Becuase you are a hypocrit and very annoying. You post nonsense all the time as if it was whispered to you from the almighty. I'll take Pat's sources over yours every day of the week! They used make kids SAT's public and you can google NFL prospects wonderlic scores. PMG did not leak a national secret. Personally I could care less how many credits he is short. I would be much more interested if PMG had an inside source that could confirm how many cheerleaders he has carnal knowledge of.

Hypocrite?  Wonderlic tests?  And your posts mean what?

The clueless leading the clueless.  His sources told him that Ben Howland was a goner abd Jevon Thomas was headed to SHU (a private bet Pat made BTW).

But I must say never has someone said so little about so much and known so much about so little.  Your posts as always are not only warranted but brilliantly formatted.

I must say I wait in anticipation for you to tell me your opinion on what I care about.

This board has never been the same since you told me Norm Roberts was the wrong for SJU.

Good night and may the force be with you.

On to more about Darrick, it is good to know that he only needs his SAT's to be on board.  Lots of people were worried where our offense and shooting would come from.  Guys like Harrison, Wood can score and Bourgault can be used to handle the ball and shoot as well.  Those three can certainly provide some perimeter offense and ball handling skill in situations where we might not have had that before.  Wood was an important signing for his handle, his offensive ability and creativity on the court.  He will be a very good addition.  We can field "defensive" and "offensive" teams on the court which is fantastic versatility.  Hope young Darrick hunkers down and gets that SAT that he needs.

Well said.

BTW-Again several posters -Choz, paultzman, jumpinjohnny, cr green and MCNPA have all objected to his post.

In the case of Munch, he basically called PMG a liar.  And said he should talk to Coach Lavin if he is so sure of Darricks academic condition.

I guess I did not belong to a certain board to become part of some type of mafia and get preferred attention.  Oh well, my son is going to be so pissed....

We needed a consistent outside shooter besides DLo last year, and I think we will find one in either Wood or Bourgault. Lack of consistent shooting threats cost us more than a few wins last year IMO. I also wouldn't be surprised if Garrett shows up shooting a nice 3 ball as well.

That's not true didn't you hear.  He needs to finish 9 core classes in a year, which is near impossible.  And that information by the way was "known" by everyone.  Which is why apparetly no SJU fan knew it until it was asserted on this board by a certain poster.

And if you question him then there are several posters who are willing to vouch for him as you can see.

Especially if it isn't true and it used to feed a certain agenda and follows a certain pattern.

Ooops you forgot to mention that.

I haven't read through all the posts, I know that things have gotten a little heated about publicly discussing a recruits academic profile.  Understood and appreciated.  I'll speak in hypothetical terms here about an un-named recruit and pretend that this thread does not have a subject tag!

If recruit needs 9 core courses AT SJU, AS A STUDENT, to qualify for athletic competition during a red shirt year (to be ready in his sophomore year, 2013-14 with full eligibility for 4 years), he can easily do that.  Is that what we're talking about, what he would have to do at SJU?  He can accomplish that by taking the minimum full time class load of a full time student, which is 4 courses in the Fall 2012 term and 4 courses in the Spring 2013 term.  That already takes him to 8 core courses.  SJU has 3 summer sessions -- first a short & intense term of about 2 weeks in which he could take a course, a second summer term lasting a month in which he could take as many as 2 classes, an a third summer session lasting again about a month in which he could take an additional 2 courses if he chose to do so.  That could be as many as 5 core courses even before the beginning of the Fall term when most students begin their studies.  He wouldn't even have to work that hard, he could just do 2 summer courses and he'd easily have the remainder of the courses covered during the academic year.

If for whatever reason -- scholarship restrictions, NCAA, whatever -- the recruit could not begin taking summer classes, he can still take the MINIMUM LOAD over the course of the school year (8 core classes total) and knock off 1 core class during the school year during SJU's winter intercession.  Very easy.

Of course I could be way of course here, the discussion could be about core courses he needs to have prior to coming to SJU.

Baldi, didnt you know, PMG thought that if he posted lies on this board, Lavin would believe them without checking facts, rid himself of Darrick, so Darrick could land into Willard's lap.  PMG is a mastermind who has dedicated years of time on multiple st johns message boards all to benefit his true love, Seton Hall.  He even meets people in person and owns st johns tickets just for show.  Fordham is currently contacting Arnold Diaz to see if this will make the Shame Shame Shame story next week.

All I know is I am in good company when I have the same 3 posters attacking my posts.

BTW-I will ask again, where do you think pmg got the info he posted here?  More importantly why do you think munch and MCN quickly refuted his posts?

In other words where do you think they got their info from?

Before you post think, think hard especially for some of you who apparently sniff glue in between posts.

PMG is not a big fan of Cluess, why would he want to sway Wood to the Gaels? Unless of course PMG is using the force as you say. Than I could understand your tears
