Glad to see Garret have a good game.  He came through for his team and turned this into a pretty big day for this program.

Hes getting better every game. Thank God he hit that 3 though after that Mark Sanchez interception he threw.

that was hilarious (in hindsight).  think he was just showing off the arm for the Cincy Reds Fans.  ;-)

A few plays before he pump faked the full court pass and I gasped. Phew he was only doing it to keep them honest, then a few plays later I was smh. He played his best game as a Johnny today.

That tip in is going to be huge for Harkless going forward, he had a smile ear to ear. Big confidence boost imo

I cringed after that one.lol  He thought he was doing a Scott Burrell to Tate George. Ironically I think Burell was a pitcher also

"I can't wait until we win one again and everyone thinks we are going to the ncaas again"

We're going to the ncaas baby!  We are heading in the right direction, straight up!  Lavin is great!  Dunlap is a genius!  Our Nba ready freshmen are the best in the conference.  Hollywood's going to land an amazing 2012 class, fix the cancer, and we'll be elite 8 next season!  Any recruit not jumping aboard this shooting star headed straight for the top of the BE is making a huge mistake.

We want Marquette!

Huh?  I only got to watch the second half, but i thought it was great.  Maybe thats because i'm a fan and enjoy seeing my squad beat a punk Cincy team on the road.. Wonder why you didn't enjoy it?

Backdoor play? We run no offense and are terible passing team.

Was thinking the same thing today..we finally get a chance to play against man defense and I cant remember a single backdoor...we really have to work hard (and hope) for every hoop...

wasn't too crazy about the lack of an inbounds play late in the game after a Time Out and with 11 seconds on the 35 second clock

Great, youre a huge fan who watched a half.

It was an ugly game, we were less ugly and got a great win at their house

game may have been difficult to watch (especially if you have TW) but a win is a win is a win.  Interesting comparison of records-Cin similar to Prov in playing a trayful full of cupcakes and having a padded record.  Our lads learned a little something with our schedule against some tough teams.  I was particularly impressed that they did not fold in a hostile road arena-great part of the continuing education of the young men.

Off topic--glad to see the new big east (SMU) beat the traitors from (s)Pitt.  ACC is the WORST BCS conference since the creation of the BCS--they deserve football powers Cuse and (s)Pitt.

Baldi stop being so dramatic that this game was "so ugly" yea it was low shooting percentage, a lot of TO's, but one hell of a game that went back and forth. It's Big East basketball. These are the kind of repeated posts that irritate everyone.

A great road win against a very good team.

Aren't we grumpy today?   Is that what happens when StJ  wins a game on the road that they aren't supposed to?  I guess that kind of throws off your stupid thread strategy for a bit, until the next loss at least.  Keep up the good work.

Dom is a great finisher on the break.

Dom and Mo on the wings, now we just need a PG to dish and we will have showtime, east coast style.

Amir is also an impressive finisher. Had some flushes and nice lay-ins. I'm a softy for lefties too

Nice stroke on the 3 ball as well.
