We have little to no chance in this game due to fouls, size and depth, but it's fun to watch Moe look like the best player on the court.

This is an impossible task with 5 freshman, at Duke.

That spin move by Moe for the dunk just moved him up a few spots on the NBA draft board

It's amazing..Duke never gets called for blocking on a shot attempt. Its either a charge or nothing. Effing ridiculous.

Agree, boo.  Not to mention, shorthanded, as well.

Tough shot by Dawkins.  Shot it in rhythm, though.

Those of you who predicted a close game were nuts.  This is going to be ugly.

The Duke big men are not impressive.  They have missed so many layups, but are killing us on second chances.  This Duke team will not go far in the tournament if they see a formidable front court.  I wish we had kids that could shoot like them though.  So many silky smooth shots versus the bricks we toss up

As tempting as it is to blame referees, this game is just highlighting the fact we don't have the players upfront to compete.  We are getting killed on the boards.

Can't emphasize how important it is for St. John's to get bigs for next year.  If by some miracle we are able to land Sampson, Gathers, and Obekpa, we'll be able to compete in these games.

how do you not take the last shot?
*wipes ketchup from his eyes* - I guess Heinz sight isn’t 20/20.

It doesn't help when you can't even TRY to contest any inside shot or its an automatic foul. Absolutely automatic.

Oh, and LOL @ Pointer apparently boxing out their center into the stands earlier on and picking up a foul.

In other news, Malik Stith is by far the worst player in the Big East. Possibly scholarship or not. Harkless looks incredible. Amir Garrett despite his jumpshooting is looking really solid.

At least it was fun for a few minutes. Agree duke will not go that farnin the tournament. They just are not athletic enough. Hopefully we can keep this respectable in the second half.

Match up zone is an open 3 for Duke every time

St. John's played pretty well. I knew Plumlees were going to kill St. John's but that was a given. The thing hurting St. John's is the fact Duke has gotten to the FT line so much more than St. John's and they've been lethal from 3.

Red Storm is showing some punch especially Harkless. I think they'll make a run to start the 2nd half but Duke will pull away.

Need Greene to step up as 3rd scorer can't survive with Harkless and Harrison being only guys who can score. Pointer needs to get some hustle baskets

St. John's did a poor job of attacking the basket but credit Duke for hedging ball screens really well not allowing any penetration. I'd like to see Greene, Harrison, Stith split some of these hedges and keep Duke honest.
