Hooper really intrigues me.  I am all for filling out the roster with Hooper, Chandler and Turner and then targeting Jermaine Lawrence in '13.  That is my dream scenario right now.

We'd be in great shape if that's how things panned out.   I'd just add that I want us to take Wood if Hooper goes elsewhere, or if possible, in addition, if Hooper comes as a walk-on.

This would be an insane 2013 roster

Branch Turner
Harrison Greene Bourgault Balamou(or Wood)
Garrett Pointer Hooper
Sampson Sanchez Lawrence
Chandler

Add Nolan in there for either Wood and Balamou and even better LOL

Too bad it will never happen because we aren't going to have 13 people and everyone happy.

I know Moose, its just so much fun looking at it

You can't really have more than 10 really legit players these days

With the transfers, early defections to NBA, I really don't see a high major using 13 ships anymore either

Are Hooper, Bourgault, and Balamou "legit" players?

I know they have a skill, but I would say they were being recruited to be role players wherever they went at this level.
If those are players 10-13, then yea, I think you can have close to 13 scholarships used.   If not, you can get damn close, with 12 of the above mentioned.

Hey a guy can dream can't he lol In all seriousness if we land Chandler I will be ecstatic with the future of the program.

Exactly.  After him everything is greedy IMO.

Yeah, but you gotta remember: transfers-in are more likely to stay.

Me neither not only a need but a want on this team as well. I can just see him sending back shots & rebounding triggering our fast break. What a sight to imagine!
Attack basketball, pressure defense, 40 minutes of hell ... Early on it might be 30 minutes of hell, then 10 minutes of what the hell are you doing?"

I hear Max is leaning to SJU right now.  Not sure what that means for Josiah.

Josiah is a 1-10 player, while Max is a 11-13 player.  Coach will probably know in a few days about Josiah.

Also isn't Jo a pt while Max is a 2?

He means Max is an end of the bench type player, while Turner is obviously a rotation/starter right out of the gate.   Mjdinkins mentioned something on redmen about Max maybe even walking on.
