KJD- good projection , but I think:

Mase & Burrell 5 less min each-
Increasing DJ & Paris by 5 each to

DJ      20
Horne 13

Remember, our strength is our depth.
Starters will be freshest playing 28-30 min

Also think Geno 28 min, & Booth 15 min

larry playing point guard would be the absolute worst move coach roberts could make

larry needs to be playing the 2 where he can shoot with the green light

there is no reason what so ever to have him be forced to distribute

not to mention geno has been great so far and malik is showing that he is very capable of running the point

I agree. After knocking down 6-8 three pointers, why on earth would we be looking for him to distribute?
The only player who might be worth a look at the point is Kennedy.

mase will be starting and playing tomorrow whether it is at the 4 or 3 will be a game time decsion

tj will not be playing from what i hear

hopefully dele steps it up and mase can go strong for 30 minutes

I am really excited to see this team with Mase back in the lineup.  Not to sure if i want to see him play 30 mins on his first night back especially against LIU.  With TJ out it would be a perfect night to start the small lineup Norm !!!

Agreed that the most anyone should be playing is 30 minutes because of our depth (besides Burrell)

Wright is not a point guard...I would like to see what Paris can do at PG...as we will need someone to step up next year...

Hopefully Mase improved half as much as Wright this offseason...If so I like the Wright Burrell Mason trio on offense...

If Mase improved as much as right, he'll be putting up 22 a game.  Wright took GIGANTIC steps.  It's great to see him finally getting the minutes he rightfully deserved last year.  I'd be ecstatic if Mase improved that much.  You'd be looking at an All Big East Player.

may be a good thing tj isn't.  let dele gain a lot of expericence along.  and maybe evans will get more minutes.

Not sure I want Evans getting the minutes.  He's going to get torn apart in Big East play.  Give Thomas the minutes when he returns.  Until then, we'll make do.

I think whenever you have another offensive weapon a la Mase, its a great thing. As far as him unbalancing the chemistry, I think that's a VERY minor consideration at this point in the season considering we haven't even started the meat of our schedule.

He's not a bust.  Yet.  I'm guessing Norm knew he was a project (sure as hell hope so anyway) and he views him as such.  Give him a year or two.  I expect nothing from him now.  Let's see what he does as a junior.  Admittedly, I don't think he'll stay that long.  With Thomas and Burrell here (and the staff actively recruiting a big for '08), I see Evans re-evaluating his options and opting to play football down the line.  Just a guess..

Sean is a project & we & the staff knew it.

If we get 7-10 min/game backing up 4 & 5 while he develops, I'm happy.

We might need him sooner than we think, If Tomas is out & Mase not 100%

Give the kid a break-he's a true freshman & he's played 23 min of College ball.
By the way his stats/min are almost same as Coker
