I feel bad for the SJU fans watching Hooper play. Must be like when a kid finds out there is no Santa Claus

No way Monmouth should have 11 offensive rebounds

SJU simply playing down to their opponent.  We are much better than they are.  We have just been amazingly sloppy.

Yeah I am sure we will look much better against Creighton and Georgetown ::)

I see so many positive things that SJU should be able to do,  but we aren't finishing right now.  We have the right idea, but aren't making the correct passes at times etc.  Phil Greene once again has been great though.  Where has Rysheed been?  I really think we could have used him today.  He's head and shoulders better at the pg spot than Branch/Greene.

Being able to score is going to be a problem all year. Lack of rebounding is vey troubling though. This team needs max effort to win games.

Harrison's ankle must be bothering him after he rolled it in the first half. Hasn't played much here in the 2nd half

Branch's game disintegrating. What happened to him?

You mean the Creighton that barely beat St Joes?  Or the Georgetown that lost to Northeastern?  My point being that everybody has bad games.  We haven't played our best today.  Georgetown bounced back well after a loss to crappy Northeastern aka Monmouth to destroy Big 12 member K-State...

I don't care how we win this one, as long as we do so.  Only SJU fans pick our poorest ply as comparison to what other teams have done.

I think Keady would knock him out.  Keady a tough SOB.

Just putting this out there, but Branch has really been disappointing (understatement)  I was hoping for more, but he has zero offense.  Not sure I've seen a guard with less offense.  Every once in a while he will have a huge game and surprise me but, he really makes it hard to justify his time.  Phil Greene at least going after it and taking and now making shots.

Yeah its early but it looks like he has barely developed. Hopefully he turns it around

Georgetown scored 90 today. Would take quadruple OT for us to get to 90. We can't score and playing close games against bad teams is one thing, but our rebounding and free throw shooting is going to kill us

I'm done with that.  Rysheed should be playing 38 minutes today, but not sure what he did to earn himself no time.  Rysheed is our PG if we are going anywhere.  We need to Justin this game and move on, but we haven't figured it all out just yet for sure.  Win and  move on.
