My big question is why didnt Sanchez grab that ball? On the replay he had 2+ feet left before he went out of bounds. At least he touched it but Jesus, it is never easy with this team.
- I was sitting right on the end line on that side of the court so I had a good view. No way DR could have saved it. Rare very heady play by us to knock it out so SH inbounds 94 feet away rather right under the basket with 4 secs. left.
- Highlight reel stuff from N Deliliah. Alley oop dunk and a Postell like offensive rebound, roundhouse, tomahawk jam that brought the house down. Nasty!
- Hollywood worked hard trying not to repeat the Providence debacle with all sorts of personnel swapping late. Alas, it backfired on the final possession when after subbing in Double G for the Aggie to rebound a potential FT miss, was unable to get the Aggie back on for the crucial inbounds play as no time had ticked off the clock. At least King Crimson wasn't stuck with the inbound in the middle of a double team.
- In addition to the Truth, Billy Singleton was in the house. Coach Lou, ever the gentleman, graciously signed an autograph for Carmine Jr.
- Jake Gibbs is quick as heck and darn near impossible to keep out of the lane. Rhombus, Sir with no love and the Aggie all struggled mightily attempting with little success to stay between him and the basket.
