Villanova Game Predictions

Big game for us. Win this on the road and we definitely get a lot of media attention. I am hoping that a lot of people will take the commute to PA and show support. That being said...

will need to beat xavier and marquette to keep our NCAA hopes alive.

83-79 us.

Gotta contain Pinkston and Bell.  Arch will be kept fairly quiet by Jordan.  Look for a big bounce back game from Dlo.  I'd have Gift and Sanchez bang with Pinkston down low and have Jakarr on Ochefu.  Perimeter D will be important.  If we can keep them from lighting it up from 3, we should be ok.

Will be tough to get a win at Nova.  If we somehow pull it off, we likely have punched our ticket to the tourney.  Wish we were full strength with Obekpa for this one. 

With Rysheed playing in his home city for the first time this year, I'm predicting a big night for him, and us, with Harrison icing it at the end with, what else, clutch free throws:

I like our fresher legs.

Nova lost to Creighton at Creighton and went double overtime with Providence. Obviously prefer to have CO, but I hope Coach sticks w 8-man rotation until he is back 100%. Homecomings can be tough, wouldn't count on a big game from Rysheed. Just hope he can shut down Arci.

One thing to consider is Jay Wright and his manipulation of the refs. He usually always gets them calling the game his way.

I predict, if we lose, almost everyone will blame Greene and the refs.

Us by 3 with crazed D, Jordan and DLo going back to GT form, Jakarr continuing his all around game and somehow getting Pinkston in foul trouble.
