Wish Lavin called the timeout when Pointer had the ball in his hands....too tough to get a designed shot from that corner.

Its games like this that separate good teams from great teams. We gave them the game

It sucks they lost, but the fact of the matter is they really could have won and they shot 32% from the field! I have no doubt this team will win the rest of their remaining BE games and perhaps win the BE Tourney. This team will make the NCAAs.

We played extremely hard, didn't do the little things needed to win. Short turn around, gotta beat up Xavier at the garden on Tuesday

Hate to pile on the kid but dom pointer should not have dribbled that ball up the court with ten seconds left. If he has the ball get to half court and call a TO.

And I cant believe Raft and Gus are getting on Dlo for that pass, its was good pass. Phil chocked.

Tough one playing short handed.  Don't know why Nova didn't try and get Pinkston more involved.  We win the next 3 and I think we are in.  Less than that and we have some work to do in the big east tourney.

Doesn't need to be said but Xavier on Tuesday is an absolute must win now

I dont think it has anything to do with him not "willing" to take the big shot. He made a very good pass.

Damn. But it was really nice to see Marco inbounding the ball for the first time this season.

This game came down to the 3-4 offnsive possessions we had in a row, tied, coming out of the 8 min tv timeout.  We had multiple chances to take a lead and could not convert.   Then nova comes down and hits a 3. 

This is a game we should have won.

I think we should have tried branch in w dangelo and rysheed more than we did. Higher bball iq out there and better movememnt and passing if branch had gotten some additional burn over greene or sirdom....

Team played hard. Gutsy game by Obepka!
Banked in 3 was huge, bad luck.
Nova was in the lane early too. S/B no call
Greene would not have made that shot or the two free throws anyway.
Tough loss. No complaints by me personally.
