I heard Alex Kirk might play his graduate yr some place else he with lee would be a great front court

Pretty good stats but why the hell has a seven footer not shot 50% once in his career and why is he taking 50+ 3's while making less then 30%

Give me Lee over this kid, but, again, I'd take him over Pointer.

This kid sounds perfect: he's been coached by someone other than Steve Lavin for 4 years. Sign him up.

Lee over Kirk?  I know it's only a hypothetical but Kirk is a beast.  Dominant type inside.  He's tough to stop.  I'd take him in a heartbeat over all of those mentioned.  Pretty polished big man.

I havnt seen him enough to critique. But what's with the field goal %? What's with the 3's

What is a 7 footer doing hanging around for 5 years with decent stats?  Why does he take so many threes?  Lee is more explosive and tough from what I have gleemed in watching their teams a few times the last few years. Either would be great, but we need someone who goes out of his area for rebounds and I  think Lee fits that description.

Had back surgery in 2011 and redshirted 11-12'.  He set New Mexico record for double doubles.  Had 32pts 11rebs vs Umass this season.  He is a very good big man at college level.  He's not a gazelle, more in the Stainbrook mold, but I'd take him in a heartbeat even though I don't think he'd come out here.  He can pass, and believe it or not is a solid threat from 3 even though his percentage isn't like a SG's.  He has to be guarded there.  Like I said, kid is very, very good.  Watch some of his highlights.  Complete big guy and not a plodder.  I'd kill to land a kid like him.

Fwiw, I like lee too.  I'd take either or both.  But capable 7-footers are hard to come by.

He would probably be the best three point shooter on our team with those stats.

12-55 would actually put him 6th on our team. 7th if you count marco.

From a couple days ago, list St Johns as one of the many schools after him. Go get him Lav!

Visited Georgetown yesterday. Some sources are stating we're the front runner, now, but who knows. With the way Creighton is playing right now he clearly wants to play for the last BE team standing.  ;)

Creighton is going to struggle next year.

Not Happening

Jeff Goodman ‏@GoodmanESPN
Temple transfer Anthony Lee told ESPN he's trimmed his list to five: Ohio State, Indiana, Louisville, Iowa State and Notre Dame.

Makes sense to be close to home with these choices.

Close to home? He's from suburban Baltimore which makes SJU closer than any of those schools.

Wrong Johnny ;

"Lee has not made any decision about where he will transfer but did say he's looking at schools in the Midwest in order to be closer to his family, which now resides in Iowa."
