Played 6 guys in the first half. Nice job coach.
Box score does show 6 (with Jones), but Delarosa was in the game as well. Not sure why it's not showing up in the box score.
Fox is awful. That's why.

Don't think JDR and Jones should be on the court at the same time ever

Going to be an awful struggle for us to score points the rest of the season

Hope starters don't run out of gas late in game. Lots of minutes played. More jumpers mimissed late?

Offense stagnant. Wish Dom would just shoot that three occasionally just to keep the defense honest.
That won't keep the D honest. He will just keep missing and they will give him even more room to shoot it the next time

With 3 on the shot clock, I'd much rather him shoot a wide open 3 than dribble into two defenders and take a fade away.

I would too, but that wouldn't change how they play D on him

What is Obekpa doing guarding that big dude who can't shoot 30 feet from the basket and leaving the lane open for an easy layup?

I think games against Tulane and St Marys etc masked a lot of our weaknesses.  We probably were going to struggle in the half-court even with Jordan.

We scored 65 points dlo had 31 of them , talk about struggle to score . How does Jamaal branch not take that three at the top off the key, and even better question is down 4 with 15 seconds how does lavin not get Myles Stewart in the game?? It's a 2 possession game at that point

Bottom line is that with Jordan we win this game. For all his dumb plays and turnovers, his athleticism would have caused all kinds of problems for Butler. And he provides a much needed second scoring option.  If this were last years team and we had more scoring we would be ok, but now how this group is constituted.

If Sheed is done, I don't see is making the tourney. And I would really feel for the seniors - especially Dlo - if that happens.

If this team had Jordan, Jakarr, a backup center (even my old friend GG), and Dunlap on the bench we could be talking about a sweet 16 and a BE championship.

But we dont.

This team has some good to very good pieces.   But we're not talented enough to overcome being shorthanded, being short literally in the front court, and having a below average coaching staff.

100%.  I don't want to hear about sheed's turnovers etc.  With him they win.  They couldn't stay in front of sheed last year.  This team is NIT bound without sheed's and staring at 0-4 start at a minimum.

We are going to have to win @ DePaul to avoid starting 0-5 again and that game will be no gimme by any stretch of the imagination
