What do you guys want to see most out of this game?

I want to see the guys move with purpose. A few of the guys, Ellison I thought especially, looked as though they thought the game would be an easy day in the park. That should help them realize how much higher college ball is compared to previous levels.

I want to see the team huddle up during free throws and start to come together more as a team.

I want Chirstian Jones to reach double digit boards for the third straight outing.

Lets see some more action on the sidelines perhaps.

All is not lost guys, rome wasnt built in a season.

Mase, shocked to see you include a Christian Jones comment. :)

Kidding aside, I agree with your comments, especially Ellison. He will be a solid player, but was a bit laid back for my tastes in his initial outing.

Im on the campaign trail, gunning for agent spot when Marillac convinces CJ to forgo senior season to pursue alligator wrestling career.

Sideline thing overated
One of the best coaches in basketball Coach Finstock would read the paper on the bench during games. And all he did is win the championship with his best player( Michael J Fox) being about 5-2 and his 2nd best player being the fat guy who says "Hey It's Enrico Pallazo" in the Naked Gun movie.

Im not saying he needs to be 100% full throttle on the sidelines. I just dont think what we saw from him on Wednesday is an approach that will stick. There needs to be some instruction. And this isnt me  criticizing him, I think he has a tremendously hard job and its gonna take time for him to settle in. Luckily for his sake, he has christian Jones for the next two seasons.

Maybe Mullin should take a page out George Costanza's book and just look busy on sideline

We could be in trouble.

the worst part of st. thomas aquinas game was that for a couple of minutes (before he tried a spin move but forgot to take the ball with him), christian jones looked like a real college basketball player compared to the rest of the team.  Just hoping that doesn't happen again
