In fairness as a junior Jackson and Moses started together a lot. That would move Mullin to the 3.
As a Soph and Frosh he played with Billy Goodwyn who skills suggested undersized 3 but as to which was really a 2 or 3 it didn't really matter as they complimentated each other.
