LIU Game Discussion

Jordan showing no interest in playing defense so far. Fouling too much.

I'm just tuning in now.  The score isn't awful, how have we looked though?

It's Dee time, look for him to takeover from this point forward.

Dom's looked good, playing in control for the most part and playing to his strengths (slashing and length). Overall solid contributions from everybody, but nobody really dominating yet. Obekpa hasnt hit an fg's yet but is 3/4 from the line, so I like that.

Worst game out of the 5 we've had IMO. Took a step back.
Dom has played well. Jones has not gotten two minutes.

Is the score  really  56-48?

If we are up by 15-20 and Dom scored 16points that's great. The fact that we are only up by single digits shows the team as a whole is sucking....At least Dom showed up

Hey, I'd gladly criticize the whole team before every game, if it meant that they got pissed and want to make me stfu.
That's some damn sweet crow to eat when players on my team make me eat my words.
I'd do it every game until they won the NC if possible.

Too bad this strategy doesn't work with coaches.  I've been criticizing Lavin, and if anything, I think he's gotten worse.

Dom is our best defender outside of Obekpa. To say otherwise is just silly. Harrison is solid, but Dom is irreplaceable in terms of some of the things he brings to the defense. We lose to LIU Brooklyn without Dom tonight.

6 more days of practice before the big stage, I believe that this team will be ready for it.

I can not wait to play Minnesota.

So I guess you didn't watch or something? Jordan Harrison and Obekpa all looked good, not great, but you don't need Harrison scoring 30 every game to win. If anything, I take it as a positive, the fact that over 3 games we've had 3 separate players that we can point to in one way or another as a key contributer
