The elbow/forearm clearly deflected off of Ajou's head. That's a fact, not conjecture, so he did have a point. The only conjecture is what his intentions were, and like I stated, the apology would seem to be an admission of bad intentions. Either way, as they say in football, it wasn't a "basketball move," and he should still be suspended. Although, seeing as how Obekpa didn't get suspended, I won't be shocked if Gibbs isn't either...
