Willie, you are reading too much into things that you previously read into.  Or something.  My head hurts now.  Thanks a lot

Doubt he is going anywhere if he was at the game today, which he was.

What I was wanting to know was whether or not the other players that aren't available tonight (i.e. Owens, Williams etc.) are wearing sweats. Because if they are, it means that Lovett is no longer on the team.  But then why is he even at the game?  What is going on with him?  I've been following college hoops for four decades and I can't remember this kind of drama.  These kids really love the "feeling of being recruited".  Yeah, lets give up a semester of eligibility so I can have the "feeling of being recruited" again.

I see now on TV Lovett sitting by himself and no Owens or Williams anywhere.  I don't understand what is going on.  Why would he be there if he was leaving? He'd be gone if the decision had been made, but then again I'm trying to actually apply logic here.  Makes absolutely no sense.  Staff has to worry about Lovett when they could have been prepping for GTown. Small wonder it's a blowout.

There is no logic for someone who actually likes being in Indiana.

Why isn't he in sweats?  I guess this means he is transferring.  He didn't go on the bus with the team?  Is that why he "shook hands with Williams"?  Is Williams in street clothes too?  What the hell is going on?  If anyone is at the game, could you tell us if Williams is in street clothes also?

 You ok my man?  Relax.

If I were forced to gamble on it I would say he is leaving.
With that being said I officially don't care anymore. Watched this movie for 2 plus seasons starring Rysheed Jordan and don't care for the remake.

What has Lovett done that engenders comparisons to Jordan? Other than rumors and hysteria what evidence is there that he is not happy where he is or that he's a problem to Mullin, his team mates or anyone else.

I would agree with this if anyone had actually blasted Lovett in this thread. If rumor proves true people will and then your post would have made sense.

Baldi wasn't wrong.

Things happen and things change.

It will all come out in due time.  Most of you should probably be able to figure it out.  It isn't complicated.

And in fairness Baldi just said he questioned if he would ever actually play here. Was a fair question and unfortunately looks like it is getting fairer by the minute.

This is Mullin's first taste of the fickle recruit. Slice and Matt must be walking him through the mentality of the prima donna eighteen year old with a history of flight. I wonder how much time Coach will spend on this individually? He's been quoted in the past stating he only wants guys who want to be here.

That being said: with three former NBA players on the coaching staff, University alumni involved with NBA teams, there is no logical reason for this kid to leave if he wants to reach the highest level.

Exactly

Looked into transferring and considered other options but then decided staying here and playing a huge role on the team next year was in his best interest. Could be just hopeful thinking on my part but that's what I'm thinking.

Hopefully if nothing is mentioned by tomorrow all is good in the hood. Otherwise I am sure all of it will come out
