Hiring Mike Anderson is fine because he might actually be the best option for the job at this point. Hiring James Jones just because he's black would be stupid because then they'll have to be the ones to fire him in 4 years - if they are still here

You keep saying they will hire a black coach. No one is going to give a shit what color the coach is, hiring a black coach will not change the PR narrative for this school. They need a winning coach.
