It says that Dunn will lose a year of eligibility also leaving him with only one year left, sit out two years and lose a year of eligibility while Javonte Smart was caught being bribed and taking money and gets to play this year. Absolutely insane

This isn’t on Cragg. He’s the best AD we’ve had in awhile. He gets it. We also do not know how he’s addressing this situation so let’s see how it unfolds.

Agree, and in fact this is the exact time to go nuclear, because if you don't fight now over a good but not elite player like Dunn, then they will remember that they were able to walk all over you and then do it again in a similar context when an elite player looks for a waiver over the next few years.

Totally hypothetical situation if you had $1 million would you spend it on lawyer fees to get marginal Big East player eligible or upgrading facilities?

Again this is hypothetical and not saying 1 directly impacts the other but not sure school is going to go to war for Dunn outside of standard appeal.

Those hypotheticals have zero to do with Dunn getting screwed over. Egregiously. Tell him it’s not worth it. And tell LJ and Heron it’s not worth it too.

So because the team isn't supposed to be good this year, we shouldn't go scorched earth trying to get one of our kids eligibility after he sat out last year and would lose a full year of eligibility in what should be a slam dunk case? So much for your "I only care about the players" mantra.

Leaving aside that the NCAA is a corrupt awful organization situation that should be destroyed and salt strewn and that its leadership should have their heads mounted on pikes to discourage similar behavior, but look at it from Cleveland State's POV: kid commits and red shirts, wasting a scholarship, and then leaves having contributed nothing to the program and without so much as a how do you do. I can see how they might be a tad petulant about his pursuit of a waiver. Not saying it's right or good but like Chris Rock said about OJ cutting his wife's head off for letting Ron Goldman drive his Ferrari: I'm not saying he should have killed her, but I understand. 

It'll be interesting to see what the NCAA does with Eli Wright and WKU, because it's almost the exact same situation: he's now transferred to a third school (also in his home state) in three years after redshirting and never playing a game at his second.
